I just finished designing this. Took me a couple of days to make.
Can I get some feedback on it or can anyone tell me what would be the value of a flash template like this? Thanks.

That's a good start. If you're asking about the value of it, I'm guessing you're looking into making some money with flash templates, so I have 2 main advice for you:

1- Look into full screen flash sites. This is becoming quite standard these days and most client want those. Also, it helps a lot when dealing with different screen resolutions. Check this one out:

    http://www.google.co.uk/search?num=30&hl=en&q=Full+screen+flash+site+tutorial&btnG=Search&meta=

2- Look into making your site xml driven. This is more than important as it will allow your client to update the site himself.

Have a look at these sites for some inspiration:

Your design is not bad, if you learn more you can create more things ..I made a small .swf file in my home page
http://tech2connect.com using just 5 frame. You can take as simple example of flash file.

Second thing is the value of flash website as you ask
I'll say, Try to make more professional design to get good value.
