Prestashop does not display shipping methods after theme change

    Client uses {$HOOK_EXTRACARRIER} to display third party shipping methods from PrestaShop.

    Before changing theme everything worked great, but after changing the theme no shipping methods are displayed.

    Should be easy job, will do quick payment of $10 via paypal for the one who can complete the task.

    PM me for more details, I expect it to be resolved within today.
