Why are you selling this site?
I am cleaning my server and I want to sell all my sites as I don't have time to handle them. Last years all my sites are running itself - I haven't made any changes there

prestaportal.com is my old PrestaShop related forum. Its not active any more as I don't have any time to manage it. I am still big PrestaShop fan - but now I am running my own shops.

How is it monetized?
Adsense - but as in this forum is no more new content - its penny's only now. In better days - I get 1-2 dollars per day - but then I was also activ in this forum.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
No

How much time does this site take to run?
1h per month - as I am server admin also - then I am regularly updating mybb.

What challenges are there with running this site?

Our members have made a total of 3,948 posts in 1,906 threads.
We currently have 37,748 members registered.

But forum looks like thats impossible :-/

My guess would be spam members. Just bots signing up accounts. Second guess would be its a forum offering downloads and only registered members can download files. I looked at the forum and couldn't really guess the topic of the forum so I don't know.

Yes - there is limit - You need register, when You want to download files from PrestaPortal. Around Year ago It was one a best database of free PrestaShop shopping cart modules and themes. Thats how I get lot of traffic and getting still. Mainly thanks for this part of forum: http://prestaportal.com/forum-5.html
But now - I don't have time any more to update this database and so it going down now
I am not native English speaker - so that is also one problem why I have problems to manage this forum. But I am sure, that when You have interest, time and also some basic knowledge with PrestaShop (or with some other open source cart) - then this is good investment and You have possibility to make money with this forum.

There is no spam content and also not very much spam users - I am using some spam preventing and spam fighting scripts.

what price you willing to let the website go for as $200 seems high compared to little posts on the forum.

And starting bid is 50USD - It was impossible to make new thread - so I need to bump this old one.
