    Unless I am missing something you can do that with wordpress in about an hour or two using a magazine theme of some sort. It would have most of those features out of the box. See http://www.revolutiontheme.com/ or
    http://themehybrid.com/ is doing some pretty neat stuff.

    noooooo I didnt need news script I just need similer script like above example,
    they convert pdf to images and javascript as i think..
