    - based on wordpress
    - custom design
    - site registered at article submission services and receives a lot of articles and press releases from them
    - site has currently over 50uv/day and growing
    - site receives about 1-2 adsense clicks a day. depending on the visitors country can be up to $1.5/click. very depends on clicker's country
