    $200 lets you use your own anchor text. $80 gets you into google and yahoo news.

    I've tried several free press release services, i must say they arent very effective. I didnt see any results from them even after a few weeks.

    I guess you just have to pay if you want results..

    Try www.free-press-release-center.info You can set your anchor text for each press release using a choosen keyword.

    Also one other thing about not seeing "any results from them even after a few weeks." when using a free press release service.

    The key is in writing a good press release. If you write a poor press release you can pay hundreds of dollar but still you won't get the exposure.

    Your press release needs and angle and needs to be relevant.
