Do you really, really mean to hand out $4 for PR writing? Then you are scared enough of scammers that you wish to have the writer to have a verified PP account? Do you really think that writers who are willing to write for $4 would have their own PRs out there (even as samples)? You mean to contact them via links LOL ... most writers are ghostwriters and they won't have their contact info posted on the client's PR. Really, dude .. you are a piece of art.
