Is it possible to submit press releases for adult dating? In what format would I attempt such a thing? Maybe like some sort of conspiracy going on, or that the mafia is involved, etc.? Any ideas?

Not all press release distribution outlets accept adult news releases. Check their terms of service. Better yet, like in any industry, submit it manually to relevant sites for the best chance of coverage in front of targeted visitors.
I just submitted one for the free site,will see if I get any results. I know article marketing works, but damn, it gets old writing about the same old "get laid easily" articles over and over trying to find new keywords, etc.
