I bought this software in April 2011 based on the information on this forum. New update on Sunday installed perfect but then found unable to use. Licence key not accepted.Made contact with softsolutionsltd to be told I must re-register and subscribe to monthly payments.The software was a one-off purchase with unlimited updates. He now goes back on his offer and word in search of the monthly fees and very greedy.Contacted plimus who took the payment and ankit still says I must re-register and subscribe.Not a very good company if he changes his word when it suites him.Phil

You couldnt get to the account details until the morning when you would contact me. You have not replied to any of my messages, you only answer this complaint. It doesnt work now. It will not accept my email and licence key. Was told by softsolutions i need to re-register and subscribe. They said they would contact me this morning but have not received any email, it is now 1.55pm BST. I bought this in good faith and to be now told that I need to re-register and subscribe is not what I purchased. If you purchasedthis software when Ankit said that it was a one-off purchase then he will rip you off if he hasn't already done so. I paid for this in April2011 as one-off purchase wityh unlimited updates. The software wont work now 3 months l;ater because hes now into the monthly subscription thing so has cancelled all the other one-off purchases to force then to subscribe. He is a conman. He now tells me that he doesn't care if I get a refund or not, it is not his problem. He is a very bad man.Phil
I think that for the price given, it is actually a good piece of software. It would help me prioritize my time with submissions - and that is exactly what I want. The registration price is very reasonable. Though I'm submitting some questions to the website first before I consider buying it.
Yes this was originally quoted by Bruce post #49 in November 2010 when it was a one-off purchase then softsolutionsltd replied post #50 "The software is for unlimited usage. There is no charge for submissions and there is no monthly subscription.". Softsolutionsltd has now welched on his contract and word and cancelled all those who purchased this software. No longer unlimited useage or no monthly subscription.
If you bought this in good faith at the described software then had it ripped away you would be pretty pee'd off with him.
Haha... it is so funny to read this thread... "creative-print" bought it in April, used it till August, then got a full refund from the owner "softsolutionsltd" and in the last he had all the time in life to lament and curse everyone on earth and then in the end claims to be "ripped away"? And the funniest part is that I came to this link searching for a "press release submitter" on google, bought it from the link given by "softsolutionsltd" in his first reply in this thread, used it well and then signed up on this website to write this post
