Will you write the articles ? if yes will this be just 1 article submitted to all sites or will you write a unique article per press release site ? reason i ask is because Google wont count all these duplicate articles as backlinks from past experiences.
$15 is for press release submission, PR writing cost is not included in that, if you provide different press release we will submit it for $15. I do not agree with your theory of links from duplicate articles are not counted, all links are counted, and I have seen boost in search engine position after submitting article and press release.
