    Is there a script out there that can do something similar to PRWeb.com - PressBox.co.uk etc.

    Thats a good idea. I dont have the script but I have a list of 100's of newspapers, emails, contact phones names and urls I could sell u.

    also, is there an aritcle dashboard script where the powered by can be removed?

    You could remove that script by editing the php I'm sure but read the usage rights. It might be illegal.

    You can use some article script for this (with modifications), or get a custom one coded for yourself for this job.
