I have a few question on Press Releases and hope someone here can guide me in the right direction.

    Questions:
    1) What format should the Press Release be in?
    2) Where/How do I submit my Press Release?
    3) Is it Free or is their a Fee?
    4) What do you think of this press release

    Thanks for the feeback guys

its okay, but you should really make the title something like:

Sites offer inexpensive ways for small businesses to get online traffic

Then make it like an interview with some person (mythical or real) on how using your service helped them garner traffic.

That really has a higher rate of being picked up, used, read than the current format.

A press release should have some news value...it shouldn't read like an advertisement.

I would offer specific suggestions but I am little tired right now.

exactly. as far as I know press releases are often rejected, especially by bigger services like prweb, when your release has nothing newsworthy!

well if you have updated your site recently or you added something new such as a feature or it's not long ago, you can make "news" out of this information! well if nothing changes on your site, you may want to change that!
