    is submitting on press release site can increase traffic? if so, how many traffics do you usually get form press release sites?

    You'll get good traffic if the press release is interesting. If it is just average info you won't get almost no traffic at all.

    well can help for seo too and getting indexed. make them SEO optimized where possible

    It depends on the quality of your press release. If your press release are interesting and get the attention of the readers it can drive traffic to your site.
