    First your submission should be a press release not an article to generate leads and backlinks, if you are looking to submit your article then use article websites. and post articles on daily basis. :)

    different pres release sites will have different requirements where some PR sites will accept typical articles where others will require formal press releases with some kind of news or announcement in it.

    how long it takes to get approval also varies where some sites will have instant auto approve while others will have moderation

    The very first thing is , you need to decide taht whether you are going for press relases or its an article.
    If you can make to write a single press releases daily , then I would suggest you to submit it on a daily basis.
    It will help you a lot to get good traffic.

    It depends if you have lots of new products that you want to introduce to your customers, then you can make a press release daily but if not, you can do it in a weekly basis.

    Some press release sites are so strict when it comes to the quality of your press release. Some don't approve it if it's just an article and not newsworthy. Though there are still some sites who approve it instantly like prlog.org

    You can search google for press release examples. Press release is written in third person. Some press releases site will immediately approve press releases while others take time to approve. Its totally depend on PR site. Your press release should be newsworthy to get approved by PR sites.

    There are plenty of benefits of SEO press releases if you do them correctly:

    * Backlinks from credible news sites which increases the ranking of your website or blog for your keywords
    * Visibility in search engines
    * Ranking in Google News and Yahoo News for your keywords
    * Tens of thousands of headline impressions across hundreds of blogs, websites, and news sites that run RSS headlines
    * Potential media coverage
    * Can help your new website escape from the “Google Sandbox” quickly

    Here's an entertaining video about how press releases work in today's online world:

    It depends on the niche. If its a very competitive niche I would say you can submit press releases everyday. Otherwise just weekly is fine.

    Never submit articles daily, that is 100% in correct.

    Articles are good groundwork but shouldnt be overused. They have little benefit and using it more and more and more will not help at all.

    It takes a long time to really calculate and figure out the full benefits of a press release, as usually you will get an immediate boost of links, then watch them slowly die out over time. The best thing to do, is make sure to use different wires and they post to different sources, make sure the press relase is about 400-500 words long, and always put your main link in the first paragraph. Most peoples mistake is that they put them in the resources. Bad idea.

    Hope that helps.

    I would say that the more often you can write and submit press releases the better. Type in 'Organic SEO' in the Google search and you should be able to see a press release we did about half way through the page under a title 'Organic SEO Marketing - Helping clients review...'. These tend to stay in the search results for a few days, some times longer. Approval process usually takes a few hours, sometimes a day or so.

    There are some people that say only do press releases for the back links on the main press release site, but a well written press release will also be used by sites that are in your niche.

    Yes some of them are included by keywords only and not really read by the site admin, but the real power comes when the release is actually read by and published on an authority site, a well written release will get you inquiries for publications and feature stories that will build your brand and authority in your niche.
