Press Release on Google New's Front Page

    I have seen many services advertising that they can get a press release written with specific keywords on the front page of Google News (the Google News front page for the select keywords). I already use PRWEB, and PR web syndicates to Google News, what is the trick? Is there something else, something easier that can accomplish this.
