I think your comment regarding reporting on the links and traffic in 24 hrs is optimistic, the links and traffic appear over a period of time, usually a couple of weeks, not 24 hrs. I know of no service that can increase backlinks and show those backlinks within 24 hrs.

 

Thanks for the info Alby, i have heard that at least once a month is best, because it keeps the website exposure going. I think that doing different angles for each pr is best over a period of time. Will consider the options and let you know

Once a month is generally what most companies do, although it depends on the products and services. I find, with most of my regular clients, they will generally do pr once a month but when they are looking for exposure of special events or offers etc they will do a pr especially for that.

 

I hadn't thought about special events or offers, as silly as it sounds. What about duplicates, as in, if i submit the pr to several other pr websites, will that affect the chances of getting another pr into google news?

Thats a good question ecom, IMO it can have an effect, although the pr that i do gets syndicated through the google network, so shows up on a variety of websites. If the same pr is submitted through another site, GN will generally show just the first release unless its amended and is slightly different.

", the answer is, this service does generate backlinks, due to the fact that the pr is syndicated through the google network and dependant upon the keywords, the pr will get picked up by a variety of google partner websites, which display the pr. Add to this, the fact that the pr includes 3 anchortext links makes a significant difference to seo. It can take a little time for these backlinks to appear, usually within a few weeks, but as anchortext they are much better than url links, as many will agree.

Though my article didn't get on the first page of google news for the keyword I choose. I did make it to the top for a few keywords.

It provided traffic to my site.

He did issue a refund since he wasn't able to get it, but I will use the service again.

 

Alby, can your press release get me on the first page for Google Canada?

This reason I ask is because geo-targetting has been an issue for me in ranking, let me know if this poses a problem for you or not.

As blueboxer mentions , we did in fact fail to get blueboxer onto first page for his main keyword, although we did for several others, so a refund was given. This is only the second occasion out of hundreds we have completed, so it had to happen sometime, and on this occasion it did, what we will say though, is that the keyword was probably one of the most competitive keywords that is available.

 

Second time I ordered from him, once again, the service is most excellent. Highly recommended.

Also, even though he is banned, I was able to reach him on the emails mentioned above.

 

This doesn't pose a problem, we have checked several recent releases and they are showing in multiple google news sites, including Canada. Although we don't specifically target one geographic area, the pr's show on numerous websites worldwide.
