Press release dummy - Can I submit the same article to different news sites?

    Hello,

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I don't have any experience about press releases...

Am I allowed to submit the exact same press release to different news sites? Or do I need to rewrite the press release every time I send it to another site, just like we're rewriting articles?

    Thank you.

you can submit the same to other news sites. however in SEO points of view its better to rewrite.
    search engines love unique content.

Yes Press release sites don't care if all the releases are the same, however you DO need to write different releases focused for SEO, Newspapers and Radio TV

Like stated before, if you are just looking for traffic to click through your press release then it doesn't matter. But for search engine optimisation it is best to rewrite for each news site, try to use a spinning program to make the process much quicker.

When it comes to Press Releases it is OK to submit the same release. However, there are some things you should keep in mind.
1- Press Releases, if done for informative purposes, should be precisely that, an informative announcement of something regarding your business and should be submitted to news outlets.
2- Press Releases for SEO purposes vary slightly in the format and content to a regular PR.
3- When submitting a PR for news purposes try to keep it newsworthy and do not, by any means, sell in it. You are informing and not selling.

Press release and news sites are not for article submission. If your release is not written in the correct protocol format it will be a waste of time....and money. If you want to see how a release should be written, go to PRWEB.com. Plenty of free info on their site. Take a look at the actual releases or even search for some that were written in your niche.
