    the best social bookmarking software that I have seen is at socialmarker.com
    and as far as press release software pressequalizer.com both of these I'm pretty sure are one time payments.

    I personally don't know why people still spend time and money on things like this. Article and press release submissions have very little impact on search results these days. The amount of money and/or time you spend trying to submit to these things can be better utilized creating quality content, networking with other bloggers, and getting integrated with social networking communities.
