    GOOD!

I used to support Bush, I no longer do in most things...but this bill is the biggest crock of horse shit to come out of congress in the past year i believe...

sorry...but 18 year olds are not children...among the tons of other issues with this bill...

This is the one good veto Bush has consistently done in his Presidency.

We need to roll back socialized medicine and get closer to a traditional free market system for medical care, where the doctor and the patient negotiate the fee and the treatment required, without federal bureaucratic interference.

Yet I thought the repubs were for it as well? Or did things change, or is this just another way to bash the 'dems'?

Teh SChip bill (as its called) originally did have repub support...but its the expansion of the SChip to those that are not citizens that has the GOP in an uproar, and hence the veto from the president.

Sure seams like at least a good chunk of repubs did support it..

BTW I am not for the bill either, just don't see it as logical to bash the dems fully on this and act like the repubs shit don't stink. They have blown how much since Bush took office for example?

There is little difference between House Democrats and House Republicans.

If we're going to restore the Republic, people are gunna have to start thinking beyond partisan lines. This is strictly lower brain, lizard reflex thinking, to divide things into groups and love one regardless of the results, and hate the other because it is doctrine.

    We're better than that.
