Very nearly started this with <p> lol. Right, we have currently 8 language sites and are expanding it to 16. We are looking at automatic language delivery systems but until then (or should the user want to choose another language) what is the best way to allow the user to choose? At the moment we give them a drop down menu in the top right but the default is "select language", we can change that to show "english" (or whatever language site they are currently on) but will this be enough of a prompt that they will be able to change languages if they want? Previously we had small flags which, looking at analytics maps, people seemed to click on, however we're now using the flags to allow users to download our product client in the appropriate language and don't want to give them multiple uses. So what is the best way to allow a user to select the language of the site?
