    I paid for the premium land grab position, which cost me $xxx.
    What do you think?

    It isn't so easy to appraise a .co domain now, there are only a few sales.
    Your domain is a related with medicine and that is good.
    It can go to high $xx IMO

    You're not going to get your money back first year, and I think it would take real effort to get any return within the first three unless you did serious development work :)
