How are they doing it? Is an employee entering it, are they adding it through the web interface, or?

they are adding it through the web interface. Assumming a user has a account and bought a prepaid card. He now wants to buy time blocks using the prepaid card.

If it's a billing cycle item, it can be setup to automatically trigger a server event based on the product (a billing cycle server event).

There are not payment based server events, so that wouldn't be possible.

    Hi Shawn,
If I put the Item as a billing cycle item, can they purchase more time again using the same billing item?

The idea I want to do is to allow users to buy time blocks whenever they finish using theirs regardless of time.

It seems that Optigold has added the time for the SQL Server even before the user has paid for the service.

I have put the SQL statements to add the time blocks in the Create Billing cycle.

Wouldn't you be better off having Optigold manage the usage allowed, rather than your equipment? If you use the usage system in Optigold, you can have them be shut off after they use a certain amount for example. It's the block usage system (where they are allowed a certain amount of usage, and can be shut off, or invoiced for more when they run out).

Hi Shawn, I agree with you , however, I am using the Radiator Radius with MySQL Database and Optigold. I would prefer the Optigold to manage the usage.

Maybe you can explain on how I can get Optigold to add in the time usage for the users to be able to login using the Radius Server?
