Prepaid Virtual Credit Cards?

Is there any prepaid virtual credit card I could buy with paypal that has fair rates? (So far the lowest ive seen is 100$ for 145$) Due to some circumstances, (no bank account, etc.) I can't get a virtual credit card # from paypal itself.

The reason I need one is because Amazon does not accept paypal and I don't have a credit card.

 

Why not buy a debit card, it is sold in most grocery stores..walmart, safeway etc.

 

Because I only have money in paypal right now. Not enough physical money.

This seems to be half what i'm looking for. But with this, they must mail me a card. I would just like a virtual card (where they instantly give me a # i can use as I wish) no mailing involved.

Mentos: Yes, but I am in the USA so i need a bank account to verify my paypal account so I can get a vcc. I don't have a bank account.

 

Well, if you're serious about the money in Paypal then you would spend the time to get a bank account and debit card (in real life) to use it properly. Also, what if your account gets limited? Then you won't be able to get the money because you don't have the neccessary information.

 

most pharmacies carry prepaid credit cards..called vanilla mastercard giftcards. you can get one for like 25$. good for a year..ive dealt with buying cards online and getting one in a pharmacy is easier..you can get your balance and statements all online.

 

kiteguy123, It has nothing to do with the time it takes to make a bank account. More to do with the circumstances I am in that prevent me from getting one.

kellogs2k3, It would need to be a card that costs like 5$ in real life which I can then add more to via paypal. Do pharmacies sell those? I know they sell ones that you can refill online, but which ones let me pay by paypal?

if you need to pay stuff on amazon then the phamracy card would work..you pay for the card in cash and can use it online..not sure if thats what you need. it isnt refillable, and you can out any address.

 

i know a couple of cards that you can buy online, but i don't think that you can refill them.. If you dont mind just buying new ones every time then go to this website.

Thanks but I need ones that I can actually make purchases with that lets me refill via paypal. Not just ones for verification.

What if I want to open up different accounts on a web site using different CC #'s? What is the best way to do this? Do I get multiple VCC's with different account #'s...and if so, where do I go to do this if I live in the U.S.?
