Can anyone recommend me a good company that either offers a virtual prepaid Mastercard or VISA debit card for general use over the internet? I'd like to add this card to my Paypal account as well (It's already been verified). I need a company that has low fees and that accept reloads through Paypal since I will be using this card to pay for some hosting and other services I use for my business. I'd probably be reloading around $100 - $200 every 2 or 3 months of this card. I tried searching this forum but most cards available here are for verifying your Paypal or have a low balance. Thanks
