    I am sure that many will accept them if you contact them to check.

    We accept both VISA and MasterCard Debit cards if that helps.

    I wouldn't say "If your host allows it"

    Because there is no difference in prepaid debit cards and an actual credit card, they both charge the exactly the same, some you can set your name in them, mostly visa cards, but don't make a big difference.

    There are several providers like ecopay entropay etc. who provide visa cards and plastic cards.

    You can add debit card in moneybookers account and than pay to hosting company that accepts moneybookers hosting , try shopaserver.com )
