I need to sign up for a prepaid card that is reloadable that I can use on paypal to buy things from..I don't need it to verify my account just buy things with the money. Anyone know any that work?
The biggest issue with those prepaid cards is if they'll take your address. Can you change it? Some will allow it and some won't. I know the Simon Malls Visa cards used to not allow you to do so although I believe you can now. If the address gets verified with the transaction, and Paypal does verify, it won;t go through unless you;re able to change the address.
