The site is clean and to the point. I might try to keep users search parameters between page clicks. That way when you click <<go back home you don't reset the user's search info.

Personally I think it is near perfect for the type of site it is. Loads fast and straight to the point. The only improvement I can think of is the logo. You can also consider placing your logo on the left so you can use the right side for other things such as a banner space for internal announcements and etc.
