I have begun selling an ebook using paypal for my payment processing, and so far so good after 20 sales. I use dlguard, so I know when a customer has tried to download the books. I have one customer that has not tried to download the books after 4 days, and does not respond to email, should I refund them, just to avoid a potential dispute or chargeback?
May be he will download later, so just contact him by email and when he asks about refund give him refund
Yup..Just wait.I think there is no need to refund....Maybe he is very busy.I am sure he will reply you asap.
Agree... no need to refund him unless he asks for a refund. You did what you were supposed to do and the download is available to him.
you can specific extend the download period for this customer and email him/her once again, why refund if the customer want the ebook?
Problem is not yours, His. and it is good to set a time for 24 hrs. the link you give could work. Many wise people do this. because, its cuts the misuse of the download later time.
No need for that mate.. Just wait and watch.. Not yours problem at all.. If there is any dispute, you can refund at that time.
Thank you all for your encouragement. It turns out they are really slow at getting to their email, and had troubles downloading the products because they didn't know how to use their MAC. I thought MAC's were supposed to be the easiest computers ever.
