Reason for sale:

I would like to use the money on a membership site that offers something other than scripts and information products, something that's unique, something that's more automated and easier to manage. I'd also like to get a skin for http://www.webmastertrades.com coded so I can finally start promoting it.

What's included:

- I have spent around $80-$100 buying products with resale rights on eBay which I would be able to add to our members area for the members to download and use. I will give any interested buyers links to the auctions I won and details on all the products, scripts, templates, software, and ebooks that you will receive the resale rights to. Nearly everything available in the members area is from eBay.

- Automated subscription system: The subscription system also came from eBay and resale rights are included. The register page is on http://www.premiumwebmaster.com/register/ and after registering and entering their details, customers will have to pay the subscription fee through PayPal, but they need to have a verified PayPal account.

After successful payment, members are manually approved through the administration area where you can deny or grant access to anyone who has registered for whatever reason.

There are currently around 40-50 downloads in the members area, majority being turnkey, but I will be giving the buyer a ton of products to add, these range from eBooks, software, and some other products I haven't added yet which I have purchased from eBay.

- Nice domain name - PremiumWebmaster.com registered at DomainSite ready for a free push.

- All files and the database. The members area is basically a MyBB forum since I was too lazy to make a static members area consisting of HTML web pages.

Traffic details:

Traffic is negligible. The site has only been up for about a week or so and has since then accumulated around 87 unique visits.

Revenue:

There is no revenue yet, I have basically promoted it by posting on a few forums and buying a listing on SitePoint.
