I am thinking of buying a developer plan and if I do I can give you a cut rate on a professionally designed website that will have free updates if there is enough interest. I cannot let you have the theme by itself but I can build you a complete website and you get the theme or plugin that way. That is the way they have it set up. I can give you a great deal and it will save you money and me money as these themes are at least $69 each. Work with me and save a lot. Modifications may cost extra depending on how involved it would be. Right now I am looking at maybe $25 each so I would need to sell at least ten of these.
