This theme is exactly what I'm looking for: http://themeforest.net/item/themeshoppe-product-showcase-template/full_screen_preview/25718 But it's not a WordPress theme. Yet, I feel like I've seen very similar themes. Anyone know of any like it that are coded in WordPress already?
