Selling Premium wordpress niche blogs creation – cheapest

Niche wordpress blogs have become one of the most popular ways to make money out of a website. I am talking about finding a good not so much competitive niche, which has a lot of monthly searches. That way you are more eglible to get highly targeted traffic, and potentially more revenue. I have build numerous sites like this and could say i make a nice living out of my 10 blogs i have. I will present here 2 PLANS:

PLAN 1 : AUTOMATED NICHE BLOG

It will be automated in a way, that you won't have to do anything. Content will be coming in on a daily basis, or can be setup differently if you prefer. Also premium plugin for uniqueness of articles can be installed, if you're afraid of any duplicate content, but be aware, that articles won't be so readable as they are in original.
- DESIGN: On the site i will use a premium theme, worth at least $69 alone. (I have a developer account at StudioPress and iThemes). I will modifiy it with colours that match your niche and will also make unique logo that will also come in .psd file with the purchase. So design basically will be unique.
- PLUGINS: I will install all the plugins that are required to ruin that kind of blog successfully. That includes All in One SEO, Google XML sitemap, Auto tagger, Smart SEO links, Tweetmeme, Privay Policy, Tubepress...and more. Your blog will be ready as it should be, including basic SEO done and targeting some long-tail keywords.
- MONETIZATION: By default i will monetize the site with Adsense, Clickbank and Amazon (aStore built directly into the site). However, i will install any other advertisers that you'd like (commission juction, linkshare, textlink ads...).
- SUPPORT: I offer full 30-day support with any questions you may have. If i know how to help, i will. Also i will transfer the site to your host FREE of charge, or alternatively you can host the site with me for a month or two.

PLAN 2: NICHE BLOG WITH UNIQUE CONTENT

Pretty much everything stays the same as for autoblogs, except:
- You will get 10 unique, copyscaped articles, that will be written especially for this site.
- With the posts, i will put pictures, that will be royalty-free, so no copywright issues.

PRICING:

- PLAN 1: Autoblogs with domain name included: $50, without domain (you supply domain): $42
- PLAN 2: Unique blog with 10 articles and domain: $80, without domain (you supply domain): $70

Prices can be negotiated if you buy in bulk (3 blogs or more). Payment is via PAYPAL only. If you are a new member here, i will need an upfront payment. If you order one blog, est. Delivery time is 24-72 hours. May take more for bulk orders.
