Their price range from $125,000 to $2,500,000.

They all are generating revenue and have been online since years.

The prices are based on their current revenue figures.

Or have these guys given you permission to advertise for them?

It might be a little hard to attract any attention here with those kinds of numbers. What's the cheapest site you've got for sale, and can you give more details on it? Maybe updating your original post with a sentence or two next to each site to give prospects something to work with would pull in interest.

You should clarify what p.a stands for? is it per annum? If it is, then these sites are way over priced. Generally the sale price of a site is 10x monthly revenue. In your case its over 55x monthly revenue!

 

It all depends on the website.

websites even go for 2x-3x.

I have sold websites with the same price calculation.........

 

I am interested in mapsofworld. You listed it on sitepoint some time ago and I tried to message you there a number of times but I didn't receive any replies for some reason

Nope not all sites generally go for 10x revenue. There are sites that are very popular, ranked high in alexa, has potential to bring in even much higher income in monetized and yet is worth up to 3-5 times more than its 10x revenue. Domain name plays a part too.
