    I want to sell my twitter application directory. Nothing special here, just a wordpress site with a few custom modifications

    The real value with this site is the domain: http://tw1tter.com

    I got a few clicks on adsense but nothing major so assume no revenue

    The site receives some traffic (don't have analytics on the site so I'm not sure how much) from twitter

    The site comes with a twitter account: http://twitter.com/tw1tter_com

    So once again. The real value here is the domain which is extremely brandable. I know what are you thinking? What will twitter say if they see it. The answer is: they don't care. As long as you use it for a twitter related site they won't sue you(you basically promoting them)
