    The one who sold me the website was a freelancer programmer. He made the script and the script is open source and you can used with as many domains you want.

    I don't want to use it on many domains for myself. I want to distribute it with a footer link to my site (powered by ScriptFactory), but I need to be sure that it is legal. I won't do this I won't be the exclusive owner of the script.

    As far as I know the owner told me that I can do whatever I want with this script. I can modify it, redistribute it, resell it and everything. So I guess there is no problem with it.
