    Due to some comming changes in my life im considering to sell my heavily promoted Web directory, however i will only sell it if i get a good offer from a serios buyer who knows how to take this directory even further then it is now.

    The Directory is valid PR6 with many PR5 and PR4 subpages.
    About the directory:
    The Directory is running on phpld 3.2.0 script ( licensed with copyright removal), with a custom (unique) design. We added an AJAX deeplink mod, and some custom pages.

    The good stuff:

    Like i said, this is a top notch directory that is heavily promoted.
    Valid Pagerank 6 with many PR5 and PR4 subpages
    Over 55.000 backlinks and over 1500 indexed pages
    We rank in the top 40 results in google for 'web directory' and 'web directories'. ( As you might know searchresults for this term fluctuate a lot. Sometimes we rank top 5 in Google, the other moment we are down to page 2-5).
    Seomoz Indicates a pagestrength of 5, though its our humble opinion that this tool doesnt function correctly, as it counts to little backlinks for our directory for example.
    Our directory is rated WITHIN the top 12 Dirs at http://www.directoryrate.com/ with a directory strenght of 8.1 :D
    Our URL is listed on several pages at Seocompany.ca and included in their submission packages.

    Revenue: Until now we have been focussing on SEO, and not on making money. since 1 november ( 15 days) the dir has made $524,- in submissions without any promotion. Again, much more can be made here if you (know how to) promote the directory. Our custom design has place for 12 sitewide links wich we planned to sell for $40.- per month each. More can be added if you please, and if you like you can sell catogory links. I know several PR5 directories wich make $3000,- or more on a monthly basis.

    Im sad to see this baby go as it always has been my dream to have a directory like this, and its potential is enourmous, but the changes in my life will prevent me from being able to work on the promotion of the directory and do not allow me to give it the attention it desurves.
