    it got PR5 when including "www" and got PR4 without "www" seems you have been promoting your directory in 2 ways. There are more back links pointing to "qelly.net" without "www"

    I would suggest you to promote your directory either using "www" or without "www"

    BTW, whats the cost to advertise on home page?

    If you just want to promote www.qelly.net then can use a redirect in .htaccess (assuming apache is the webserver):

    RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.qelly\.net [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.qelly.net/$1 [L,R=301]
