I have up until now just bought in the open market but want to buy my first premium domain.We have mailed and he says he has over 200 hits pr. month.How can i get him to verify that?He has parked it trough sedo.Can he ask them to provide some evidence? Do you recommend using a service like Sedo when buying to get everything correct cause i have no idea how to transfer a domain to a new owner correctly? And what would a domain with approx. 6 pr. day vists be worth?
if it is parked with sedo on the bottom right hand side of the page you will see a box with the heading "Buy this domain", click on more details there it will say DOMAIN STATISTICS: Unique Visitors per month*: Visitors to this Sedo Listing*: ask him to send screenshots of the traffic stats as well if you need any help valuating the domain feel free to ask (geting 200 hits a month doesnt make it premium, need to have a look at the domain name before giving any comments)
