    Three potential causes to a problem such as this that come to mind are:

    The one malky66 mentioned regarding purchasing a name change rather than premium membership.
    Trying to sign up using a personal PayPal rather than a business PayPal.
    Member already holds an another account on Digitalpoint.

    I'm guessing you paid for a username change by mistake, I've seen it happen before, as nobody in authority seems to be able or wants to help you I would do a chargeback and try again making sure you click the right button.
