hey i paid for the premium membership but its still standart, what time its usually takes to set premium membership?
Double check you paid for the premium membership upgrade and not the username change, it's happened before.

I'm guessing you paid for a username change by mistake, I've seen it happen before, as nobody in authority seems to be able or wants to help you I would do a chargeback and try again making sure you click the right button.
