    I'm trying to sign up for your monthly Premium membership but once redirected to PayPal I get this message every time.

    Matter resolved. Apparently DP's (could be all site subscriptions, not sure) didn't like the second tier authentication with PayPal. Once I disabled it, the payment went right through. Thanks
