Hi, I love the idea of Premium Membership, and the current Premium Membership is great expect for a few reasons. Firstly, in the last few weeks, i've seen an influx of 'light green' new accounts bearing the Premium Membership status, this gives the idea of them being more trustworthy when in actual fact you can just purchase it out-right with no requirements needed. What I would suggest is either having different levels of Premium Membership status, reflected by your Account History, Post Quality and Account Age. - This would be a time-intensive factor, but with the current prices of Premium Membership I think it would be more worthwhile as a Premium Member wouldn't just be Premium - but a Quality asset to the site as well, showing a level of dedication both from the Account Holder and The Digital Point. Due to the fact that anyone can buy Premium Membership (hence the influx of new Premium Accounts) I have not chosen to purchase the service (plus the high prices for little benefit). Any thoughts? Cheers.
I know it doesn't directly, but it provokes the concept of trustworthiness when you see someone bearing the Premium Membership logo on their posts.
No it doesn't? It just provokes the concept that these users have the money to spend on a forum subscription. I would not trust a user with a Premium Membership badge anymore than a user without one.
