Hi guys, Which one is better: 1. Premium & Pronounceable LLL.net (eg. RIN, SOL etc.); or 2. Crap LLL.com (eg. VQL, XYQ etc)? Your comments will be very much appreciated. Thanks, MiruL
I would prefere lll.Com even w/o premium letters. Also it depends on what are you going to develop the domain.
Thanks AutoGlobalZOne for the comments In term of long time investment, personally I'd say premium + pronounceable LLL.net will be better We can see the similar cases as follow: 1 - crap LLL.net vs premium + pronounceable LLL.org 2 - crap LLLL.com vs premium + pronounceable LLLL.net (CVCV) ... etc. More comments please
if the LLL do not depend on your site's name than I 'd say LLL.com is the best one Even if they are crap LLL they are very easy to remember I don't think is the same by comparing 3L.com and 3L.net with 4L.com and 4L.net
3L.com has more value that 3L.net. Unless the 3L.net is a common word. If its pronounceable but not a word, it isnt as valuable as a 3L.com
Well, the 'better' domain name is the one that means something so it would be the .net However, such is the state of the reseller market that even totally crap LLL.com still command more than a good .net (obvious exceptions excluded). This actually does infuriate me. I mean... jxk.com ... what possible use has that got in the real world? But somebody will pay more for than that TUN.net
Go with what is best for the visitor not the ranking. If its easy to remember then go with .net over .com.
