Selling Premium Link Generator Site with traffic

I'm selling off one of my sites as I am slowly clearing my server.

The website which I'm selling today located at which has been launched since 2008.

Although not being actively developed as I have other commitment, the site passively given me income from the ads. You as the buyer can add premium accounts and start continue the service and earn from the site. With good marketing skills such as posting in forums and offering discounts, I am sure you will be successful in running this site.

There is no bidding for this site as I would like to let it go as soon as possible so $60 is the price which calculated from 12 months revenue projection. Please refrain yourself from commenting something that aren't related to this sale as you will be reported to the mods.
