Looking to sell my site, hasn't been very active for a while, although there's still quite a bit of potential for this website. Back when it was active, it made roughly $800.00 - $1,500.00 monthly in just advertisements, not to mention subscriptions.

We introduced subscriptions towards the end, and members were very interested and responsive, resulting in many members signing up.

There is quite a significant potential to revive this website, and with just a little work it could easily be restored to it's previous throne.

All users have signed up and agreed to be mailed by the owners, therefore you could simply purchase this for the 12,521 member email list.

Website has hundreds of links in Google, and is still ranked top for multiple keywords. On top of that, when you Google "aionpros", sitelinks will appear (which are difficult to get without serious SEO work).

Adsense safe most definitely, we were running AdBrite back in the day, as I personally dislike adsense.

And no, no revenue currently.

 

Few questions.

vBulletin license priced in or is it not included? I personally don't need it.
Is the aMember license included? I'm not sure it's transferable.
Is the database true or has it been melded with another?
How many members have "paid" memberships that need to be honored? And are they verifiable?

I'm not really sure where you see 65,000 members? There are nearly 12,500 members with about 1,000 threads and 8,500 replies.
