Selling Premium Domain with Site -- CharlieSheensKorner.tv -- For Sale!

I am selling the Charlie Sheen's Korner website. It was very successful when Charlie Sheen was doing his ridiculous rants on his show called "Sheens Korner." However, we did not do anything to the site to continually optimize it and develop search traffic for the Charlie Sheen related niche.

The domain is so powerful that the the site currently has a 6% bounce rate. When the site was getting a lot of traffic during Charlie's crazy online rants, it had a 1% bounce rate! When people visit this site, they believe it's official and as a result, do not press the back button immediately.

The site was never monetized, but could very easily be with Charlie Sheen related fan gear. In fact, it can easily be promoted in the Charlie Sheen Group mentioned above to tell everyone about cool new gear available to purchase. Charlie Sheen fans are obsessed!
