    The domain name is highly marketable. The directory on the site is hugely popular with 15000+ entries.

    Alexa rank ranges between 70000 to 80000. This is a truly unique offer for such a popular highly prized domain. Unique visitors per day range from 150 to 200.

    Site is monetized only through TLA ads ($23.00/mo) but you could add adsense, amazon, clickbank or other.

    Starting bid is a reasonable $495.00 but I am looking for $1500.00 for a quick sale.

    Large percentage of searches come from the "premium name" findinfo. Most other traffic comes from related websites and directory listing.

    Site makes 300USD per a month and you are offering 200USD, for professionally coded and designed website running on an autopilot.

    And then you are selling a site for 1500USD, which makes $23.00USD per a month. Sorry, this is just pathetic.

    It makes no sense, or you are just trying to be entertaining.
