    Selling a premium domain and site. The site is very new. I only performed SEO just recently to get it indexed on Google and ranked.

    "trendy sandals" #2 on Google

    URL: trendysandals.com (premium domain; 2 years old)
    Stats: http://miniseotool.com/trendysandals.com
    Site: The current setup is wordpress, and adding content is very easy
    Twitter: All posts are tweeted automatically

    Assume no traffic and revenue, as the site is very new and just indexed and ranked by Google very recently (although traffic is already kicking in).

    This is a ready-to-go site with Adsense and/or other affiliate programs.
