This website has major branding potential and huge income potential. With a little work and a few good PR links this website can be a serious money maker. The site runs a free version of PHPLD and a search script that uses the new Bing search API. All results and pages are cached for high speed loading of pages.

That has 110 people that have circled it. Every time someone submits a new listing, I + the new detail page. I also social bookmark it on a couple different sites to give it a little boost.

Pretty much, all this site needs is a few good permanent links to it to push it up in the rankings and the traffic and submissions will begin rolling in like crazy. I am only running adsense on the site with no other advertising. Featured links are set at $25 a year paypal submission and $5 a year for normal submissions. It also has free listings and reciprocal listings with an incentive to be featured by placing the link back on their home page. If you got 4 featured listings a day, you would make $100 a day forever.

You could simply use google local and call or email bail bonds companies and tell them the benefits of being included in your directory. Make as much money as you wanted.

Each detailed listing page uses microdata format so that they will have enhanced listings in google results. This increases the CTR to the detail pages. Again, if you simply create a few social bookmarks and links to each new detail page, it will help alot.

When someone submits their listing, they can add keywords. Each keyword automatically creates a new page for that keyword and lists their listing and all the other listings that have used that keyword also. It also includes supplimental results on each tag page from bing search API. So basically every submission you get automatically builds the site even bigger creating keyword pages that you would never think of by yourself.

This site is somewhat complex and if you don't understand PHP and mysql, I would not suggest buying this website. This site has been designed to become a powerhouse of money producing potential.
