PREMIUM domain == appraisals pls..

    before I want to know it's value.. i know the domain looks really exclusive. Current Asking Price From Seller: $14,999 (USD).

    From 14k to 1,2k makes me think you can get it lower, still do you have any development plans or simply flip?

    yeah 14,000 to 1,200 DOESNT SMELL RIGHT AT ALL !

    maybe he meant 12,000 but either way i have ALOT OF BETTER DOMAINS I WILL SELL FOR 1/2 THAT PRICE LOL
